1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the ck44g website and all its sub-pages.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal registered profile.
• "Wallet" refers to the monetary balance held within the account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit awarded by ck44g.
• "Terms" refers to this entire document and any amendments to it.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration & Verification

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. ck44g may request documents for identity verification at any time, such as:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Verification of your mobile number or email address.
• Documents confirming ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Keep your password secure and do not share it with any third party to ensure the safety of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ck44g supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposit & withdrawal limits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name; deposits or withdrawals via third parties are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

New members at ck44g are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Please read the bonus terms carefully:

• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered to become eligible for withdrawal.
• Deposit example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳62,000.
• Bets placed using a bonus must stay within the designated games and bet limits.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address will not be eligible for the welcome bonus.
• ck44g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

ck44g offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as live casino, slots, and many more games. The following applies to all betting and gaming activity:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• ck44g reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds or payouts were displayed due to a software error.
• In sports betting, winnings will be credited only after the result is confirmed.
• The rules of the licensed game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.) apply to live casino games.
• In the event of a network disconnection during a game, the casino's server record will be considered final.

7 Fair Play & Security

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ck44g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity (no activity for more than 12 months).
• Voluntary account closure at the user's own request.

In the case of a legitimate account closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned; however, if the closure is due to a breach of terms, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.

10 Responsible Gaming

• You may set a spending limit on your account at any time.
